The recruitment procedures of the National Museum of Contemporary Arts Athens (EMST) are carried out by the decision of the Board of Directors, in accordance with the current provisions:
- The recruitment to cover permanent positions of employment is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law 2190/1994.
- The relocation and posting of employees is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Unified Mobility System Law 4440/2016.
- The recruitment of additional staff to cover urgent demand is conducted with fixed-term contracts in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation under the control of the Supreme Council for Civil Personnel Selection (ASEP).
