RENTALS
You can rent EMΣT’s unique spaces for a variety of cultural and corporate events, including screenings, talks and concerts.
The Auditorium
Located on the mezzanine, the Auditorium is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. It is ideal for hosting press conferences, film screenings, lectures, keynote addresses and various other cultural events and can be rented in tandem with the museum’s Rooftop, which offers a stunning 360° view of Athens, including the Acropolis.

The EMST Rooftop
The museum’s rooftop provides a 360° panorama of Athens, showcasing major landmarks such as the Acropolis, Lycabettus Hill, Mount Hmettus and the Saronic Gulf. It is ideal for music concerts, theatre performances, film screenings, corporate events and receptions and can comfortably host up to 700 people.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
All venue bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Events must be booked with a minimum of eight (8) weeks’ advance notice. For further information and availability, please contact: rentals@emst.gr
All pre-bookings must be confirmed four (4) weeks prior to the event’s scheduled date. At the time of confirmation, a 30% deposit of the total rental fee must be submitted.
In case of cancellation, the following apply:
- Cancellations made three (3) weeks prior to the event’s scheduled date are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.
- Cancellations made two (2) weeks prior to the event’s scheduled date, will result in the forfeiture of the 30% deposit, which is thereafter considered non-refundable.
Once your booking is confirmed, if your event requires catering, the Rentals Department will provide you with the contact details for our preferred catering partners.
Useful Information
WiFi
Your guests can connect to the museum’s complimentary WiFi network, which is available in all of our event spaces.
LOCKERS
Guests are welcome to use the lockers located on the -1 level (Basement) to store personal items such as handbags, backpacks or coats. The museum bears no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of the items placed in the lockers.
Provisions for Persons with Disabilities
Wheelchair access is available via the main entrance on Syngrou Avenue, while elevators provide access to all of the museum’s spaces and levels.
Parking Information
The museum does not provide dedicated parking spaces. However, several parking garages are located nearby, including the underground garage at the Syngrou-FIX Metro Station, which is only a 2-minute walk from the museum.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all of the museum’s indoor spaces.
