Ιn the framework of the collaboration between EMΣT and Special Secretariat for the Protection of Unaccompanied Minors of the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum, the EMΣT Education Department realized the inclusion program “We meet at EMΣT…”, in a series of three two-hour meetings. Teenagers who live in Accommodation Centers for Unaccompanied Minors of the organizations Nostos and Zeuxis and students of the 2nd General High School of Intercultural Education at Elliniko participated in the program.
The program aimed to create a platform of communication between teenagers from different countries, focusing on the exchange of opinions on issues such as: climate change, acceptance, solidarity, etc. while participating together in an art workshop. It was designed on the occasion of Michael Karikis’ exhibition “Because we are together” presented at EMST (28.01 – 28.05.2023) on which the creation of the participants’ video was based.
