Daily pressure and intensity at work often build up, leading us to burnouts and a sense of disconnection from those around us. How about a small but meaningful break? A moment of renewal through engagement with contemporary art?
Take a break @EMΣT programme offers exactly that: an opportunity for well-being and team connection through a creative tour of the Museum. Inspired by the current exhibitions, participants explore new ways of thinking and expression, based on collaboration and mutual understanding, while being encouraged to see the world through a fresh perspective.
Contemporary art brings a variety of cognitive benefits: it enhances critical thinking, sharpens observation, broadens imagination, helps with emotional regulation, and activates mental processes that often lie dormant in daily life. It’s a way to “unblock” the mind and spark fresh ideas.
Take a break @EMΣT is designed for companies and organizations looking for a creative escape from routine for their employees, an experience that combines relaxation, learning, and social interaction. No prior familiarity with art is required, only the willingness to explore a different way of seeing the world.
