Revisiting early works and more recent projects, he will reflect on how movement, memory, waiting, and transformation have shaped his artistic journey.<\/p>\n<p>Video has been central to Paci\u2019s practice since the 1990s. His films often begin with seemingly simple situations, gestures or encounters that gradually open onto questions of migration, labour, belonging and displacement. Combining documentary elements with staged situations and poetic interventions, his moving-image works occupy a space between reality and fiction, the intimate and the political. They frequently transform ordinary experiences into reflections on larger historical and social conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Adrian Paci is one of Albania\u2019s most important and internationally recognised contemporary artists. Born in Shkod\u00ebr in 1969, he lives and works in Milan. He represented Albania at the Venice Biennale in 1999 and participated again in 2005.
