A CO-PRODUCTION WITH THE GREEK NATIONAL OPERA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalopera.gr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Greek National Opera<\/a> continues its collaboration with the National Museum of Contemporary Art \u0391thens (\u0395\u039c\u03a3\u03a4) with a new concert cycle that will take place in the context of the \u0395\u039c\u03a3\u03a4 exhibition dedicated to Iannis Xenakis, one of the most important creative artists of the 20th century.<\/p>\n<p>In these three short concerts, the enterprising, Thessaloniki-based <strong>dissonArt ensemble<\/strong>, among the most serious \u201cambassadors\u201d of contemporary music in Greece, will perform three iconic works by Iannis Xenakis in the premises of the <strong>National Museum of Contemporary Art Athens <\/strong>on <strong>Wednesday 29 November 2023<\/strong>, at <strong>14.00,<\/strong> <strong>16.00<\/strong> and <strong>18.00.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first concert (with a 15-minute duration) includes the works <em>Kottos<\/em> for solo cello (1977) and <em>Charisma<\/em> for clarinet and cello (1971) and will take place on the \u0395\u039c\u03a3\u03a4 Ground Floor at 14.00. The second concert (with a 15-minute duration) will take place in the same space, at 16.00, featuring the works <em>Ikhoor<\/em> for string trio (1978) and <em>Charisma<\/em>.
