EMST Open. EMST as a storyline

The exhibition under the title EMST Open. EMST as a storyline presented the museum’s story since it first started operating.
The exhibitions, the activities, the educational programs and the move of the museum from space to space defined the museum until its installation at its permanent home.
Through a narration and historical proofs – photographs, videos, posters, banners, leaflets – the audience had the opportunity to travel throughout the museum’s activity and past that formed its present. This exhibition was the base for the creation of this digital Timeline.

2002

In 2002, it was decided that the Fix building would be EMST’s permanent base; an architectural competition was held for the selection of the new museum design.
